With the collaborative effort and participation of everyone, Abucay Multipurpose Cooperative’s Strategic Planning was successfully done on November 18, 2023 at Training Center, Ace Building, Calaylayan, Abucay, Bataan.
Through this Strategic Planning, we can ensure that the entire Cooperative is aligned to achieve its Goals and Objectives. It will also help us to identify potential challenges and opportunities, and develop effective solutions to address them.
