With the collaborative effort and participation of everyone, Capitol Employees of Bataan Multipurpose Cooperative’s Strategic Planning was successfully done on November 10-11, 2023 at Subic Bay Travelers Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo.
Through this Strategic Planning, we can ensure that the entire Cooperative is aligned to achieve its Goals and Objectives. It will also help us to identify potential challenges and opportunities, and develop effective solutions to address them.
