With the collaborative effort and participation of everyone, Olongapo Multipurpose Cooperative’s Strategic Planning was successfully conducted last October 27-29, 2023 at Subic Riviera Hotel and Resort.
Through this Strategic Planning, we can ensure that the entire Cooperative is aligned to achieve its Goals and Objectives. It will also help us to identify potential challenges and opportunities, and develop effective solutions to address them.
