The following positions are open to qualified candidates:
-Three (3) BODs
-Two (2) Members of the Audit Committee
-One (1) Member of the Election Committee
-Representatives to the BOD at the provincial level (To represent the provinces of Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales)
